Peanut butter de leche icecream

No churn icecream

Is there ever a bad time for icecream? That's obviously a rhetorical question because icecream in summer, winter or in the middle of monsoon season! Here's an extremely simple recipe so you can have icecream whenever your heart desires!

This is my no churn peanut butter and dulce de leche swirl icecream. You only need 3 ingredients (well 4 if you count salt) and it couldn't be simpler or more delicious.

Ingredients

2 cups full fat thickened cream
1 1/2 cups dulce de leche (caramelised condensed milk)
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
A pinch of salt

Method

Beat the cream until you get soft peaks. Add in the dulce de leche and whip until combined. Fold in the peanut butter and the salt.

Pour into a loaf tin. Smooth the top and pour a little more dulce de leche. Using a knife, swirl the caramel into the cream so you have a nice pattern. Place a piece of baking paper on top. Ensure the paper touches the surface of the cream.

Into the freezer overnight. Enjoy!
